We are partnering with a leading global investment institution based in the heart of the City of London to hire an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high‑performing Sales team on the trading floor. This is a 6‑month contract offering the opportunity to work in one of the most dynamic, fast‑paced environments in the industry.

The Role

Supporting a Managing Director and multiple senior Directors within the Sales (Trading Floor) division, you will operate as a trusted EA, ensuring seamless coordination across a busy, high-pressure desk. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high‑energy environment and can anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• High-level diary management across multiple time zones
• Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries
• Gatekeeping and managing high volumes of email and meeting requests
• Preparing materials, reports, and documentation on behalf of senior stakeholders
• Liaising with internal teams, external clients, and senior leaders across the business
• Supporting wider team operations and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activity on the trading floor
• Handling expenses, approvals, and administrative workflows
• Acting as the first point of contact for the MD and Directors

About You

To succeed in this role, you must bring:

• Proven experience as an EA in a large, global, matrixed organisation
• Background supporting busy Sales/Trading floor environments (investment banking or financial services essential)
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple Directors or senior leaders simultaneously
• Outstanding organisational skills, resilience, and a calm approach under pressure
• Confidence operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
