MDI Medical is an established and successful company supplying high tech medical devices to public and private hospitals throughout Ireland & UK. The company is headquartered in Kells, County Meath with offices both in Belfast and UK and operates national sales and technical services teams from these locations. 

Location: Belfast, Northern IrelandReporting: Office ManagerJob ResponsibilitiesRole Includes: (But are not limited to the following)

·       Provide ongoing support in dealing with incoming phone calls

·       Liaise with customers and sales support team to answer customer queries

·       Generate quotes as directed by sales team ensuring quote information is complete and accurate

·       Create sales order and reflect in systems

·       Stock control and management including identifying when stock replenishment is required

·       Generate and distribute invoices

·       Prepare and maintain all relevant post works completion for service team

·       Monitor email inboxes for customer queries

·       Support parts ordering and stock management processes

·       Intake of sales and service goods as needed

·       Warehouse support

·       Support service team with internal and external repair processes

·       Support Customer Service, Sales Support and Sales teams as needed.

Qualifications/Core Competencies

·       Experience of Customer Service within a similar industry

·       Strong system & Microsoft office skills

·       Willing to learn

·       Strong problem solving and attention to detail skills

·       Ability to work independently or within a team environment

·       High professional work and quality standards

·       Ability to plan and organise work effectively

·       Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills

·       Strong work ethic
