The HR Assistant will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to pay, benefits, and leavers. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and operational teams, gaining exposure to a broad HR remit and contributing to key projects.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across HR processes and systems
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries and mailbox management
- Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and coordination
- Manage onboarding and leaver processes, including documentation and references
- Maintain HR system records and generate reports
- Monitor absence and support case management with HRBPs
- Own and contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Profile
Requirements
- Previous HR administration experience is essential
- Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems (iTrent experience a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
Job OfferWhat's on offer
This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours). Hybrid working is offered with up to 2 days from home. Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required. Salary circa £29,000.
