Are you an organised and detail-driven administrator looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced governance environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance in everything you do? As a Governance Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to the Governance team, helping ensure that key processes across our function run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Governance & Compliance: You will be involved in supporting the team across governance, data protection and insurance, for example by coordinating the signing and sealing process by organising signatories and logging the use of the Company seal, managing the wider team's inbox and other ad-hoc administration.
- Contract Management: You will support the Head of Governance in managing key governance contracts such as our legal panel contract, including the collation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI)data, monitoring documentation, and arranging meetings.
- Procurement & Finance: You will raise purchase orders, process invoices for goods and services, and assist with budget management by identifying miscoded expenditure. You will also assist in setting up and maintaining accurate records for new and existing suppliers.
- General Administration: You will organise meetings and venues, prepare agendas and minutes, respond to routine information requests, and accurately maintain databases, reports, and presentations.
What we're looking for:
- An understanding, and experience of handling sensitive personal data, maintaining data security and maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge and experience of using a range of IT systems to deliver a function or service.
- Experience in creating spreadsheets and graphs, analysing data, and producing reports.
- An awareness of the work of housing associations and the social housing sector.
