Shape smarter legal workflows as a ShareDo Developer at Mills & Reeve! The role As a ShareDo Developer, you'll play a key role in implementing and optimising ShareDo at Mills & Reeve, shaping workflows that support our legal teams and enhance the way work is delivered. Working closely with lawyers, senior technology leaders and specialist teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help deliver smarter solutions that elevate client service. This is a full-time, permanent position. We welcome applications for either our Birmingham or Cambridge office. The personOur Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Demonstrable experience developing and customising the ShareDo platform
- Strong JavaScript skills, with a solid understanding of modern web technologies
- A good working knowledge of REST APIs and system integration concepts
- Experience with workflow design, process automation and efficiency improvements
- Proven experience working in the legal sector, particularly on legal process improvement or legal technology solutions
The activities
- Configure work types, workflows and forms within ShareDo to meet requirements
- Edit and configure fields, layouts and business rules
- Implement automation to improve efficiency and user experience
- Develop custom widgets and extending platform functionality using JavaScript
- Utilise platform APIs to integrate with external systems
- Build reliable connections between ShareDo and client systems
