We are a well-established Wigan-based manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team of 7. The Role

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 customer service representatives.
• Oversee day-to-day customer service operations within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless customer communication and satisfaction.
