We are a well-established Wigan-based manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead our dedicated team of 7. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business where no two days are the same, and your leadership will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.
The Role
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 customer service representatives.
- Oversee day-to-day customer service operations within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for key customer accounts.
- Work closely with production, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless customer communication and satisfaction.

- Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role within a manufacturing or industrial setting – this is essential.
- A confident leader with the ability to inspire and manage performance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
