About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected creative design and build agency specialising in exhibition stands, brand environments, and live experiences. Due to continued growth in the business, they are looking to appoint an new Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stand projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and enjoys taking ownership of complex projects from concept through to on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing exhibition stand projects from brief through design, build, and on-site installation
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and production timelines
• Coordinating designers, workshop teams, contractors, and external suppliers
• Overseeing health & safety, logistics, and installation planning
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Skills & Experience Required

To be considered, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within exhibition stand design & build, events, or experiential environments
• Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and build methodologies
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and suppliers
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage multiple live projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A willingness to get hands on and muck in when required! Every project is a team effort
