JOB TITLE: Mortgage Client ManagerLOCATION: Studio 3, Strand Studios, 150 Holywood Road, Belfast, BT4 1NYHOURS: 40 hours per week (one hour paid lunch)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
A Client Manager will be essential in guiding clients through every step of their mortgage and protection journey with Navigate Mortgages, providing consistent support to the whole mortgage and protection team.
This position involves engaging with a diverse range of clients and providers, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the mortgage and protection team to deliver high-quality administrative support.
- Submit mortgage and insurance applications and new business to various lenders and providers.
- Liaise regularly with mortgage lenders and insurance providers, overseeing applications from initiation to completion.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the entire process.
- Ensure existing clients undergo our review process accurately and within company timelines.
- Input and maintain precise client records using our back-office system, Platform, and other IT tools.
- Assist in preparing suitability reports, including illustrations and application documentation.
- Ensure clients applications are processed, with records and files being complete and compliant with our network.
- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients and inquiries via phone, whatsapp, email, and in person.
- Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as requested by Directors or Senior staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
The ideal candidate will meet all of the essential criteria listed below:
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial providers and product types.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as; Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level or higher.
- Outstanding customer service and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure to prioritise tasks and manage workload.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with all aspects of residential mortgages and associated protection products, including Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, and Buildings & Contents Insurance.
