Outpatient Clinic Coordinator An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient team as an Outpatient Non Wait List Clinic Coordinator, the successful candidate will be hired to support antenatal and scanning department within Outpatients. More information will be provided at interview. We have a Band 3 Outpatient Non Wait List Clinic Coordinator post available as follows:Monday 0830 1545, Tuesday to Thursday 0830 1700 and Friday 0830 - 161536.00 hours per week The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as team player, be self-motivated and reliable with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands. They must be able to deal with service users and colleagues of all disciplines in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person. They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills. They should have the skills to be able to train, mentor and supervise staff. They will need to resilient to cope with the demands of booking patient appointments and working with Medical / Nursing / Management to maximise capacity to ensure patients are booked appropriately.
