Project Support Manager Equality & Human Rights Team Are you committed to equality and human rights and do you have excellent analytical, administrative and communication skills? The Equality & Human Rights Team is looking for someone to provide project management support to help NHS Lothian deliver its ambitious and improve the health of everyone in Lothian. The Equality & Human Rights Project Support Manager carries out an important role helping us to understand what we need to do across NHS Lothian to achieve equality and uphold human rights, and what difference our actions are making to people’s lives. This role is responsible for collecting, analysing, and recording relevant information and helping to use this to identify priorities, actions and continuously monitor and improve equality and human rights performance across the Lothian system. This is an opportunity to work in an inclusive and supportive team with a variety of stakeholders, including colleagues in public health, the equality staff networks, people and culture, primary and secondary care services, other NHS Boards and external equality and human rights organisations.
