Role Overview

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll support delivery of client-facing projects across direct sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless task execution.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports and action logs.
• Support risk and issue tracking; escalate as appropriate.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner.
• Help organise meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to quality standards and deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow and project outcomes.

About You

• 0–2 years’ experience in project support, coordination, or a related role.
• Interest in direct sales, marketing, or consulting.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, MS Project) is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable and a collaborative team player.
