We’re now hiring Healthcare Talent Partners specifically across Scotland, from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Dundee and Inverness, to help us expand our network of qualified Nurses and HCAs.

Your Role:

• Refer and onboard vetted Nurses and HCAs to the Nurseflex platform
• Share opportunities with your existing healthcare network across Scotland
• Support compliance steps like Right-to-Work, DBS, and credential checks (our system automates most of it)
• Earn every time your referred professionals work a shift, recurring income, not one-off bonuses

Who You Are:

• Well-networked in the Scottish healthcare sector, NHS, private care homes, agency nurses
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or operations is a bonus
• Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline remotely
• Motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term rewards

What You’ll Earn:

• 15% of net placement revenue for every shift worked by your candidates
• Paid monthly, your network becomes a residual income stream
