Clinical Lead GP at Minehead Medical Centre, Somerset
Are you an experienced GP looking for an opportunity to combine patient care with clinical leadership and service improvement?
We’re looking for a Clinical Lead GP to join Minehead Medical Centre and work in partnership with our Business Manager and wider OneMedical Group team as we continue to develop and strengthen the service.
This is a great opportunity to have a real influence on the future of the practice. Alongside delivering high-quality patient care, you’ll provide visible clinical leadership, support and develop our multidisciplinary team, strengthen clinical governance and help drive continuous improvement.
📍 Minehead, Somerset
💼 Permanent
⏰ Full-time (40 hours) or part-time, minimum 30 hours/3 days
💰 Up to £120,000 FTE, depending on experience
🏥 NHS Pension, 20.6% employer contribution
📚 Protected CPD time + 5 days' study leave
🌴 30 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays, pro rata
🚚 Relocation support may be available
🌍 Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
