We’re partnering with a well-established recruitment business that’s looking to grow its experienced team based in Manchester (M40). With four billing consultants and two support staff in the Northwest team, they’re now on the lookout for a seasoned recruiter who can add real value from day one.

What We’re Looking For:

This isn’t a trainee role. We’re after someone who knows the ropes and is ready to get stuck in:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment
• Background in Construction or Civil Engineering, either blue or white collar
• Ideally recruiting M&E trades, such as temporary electricians, plumbers, etc.
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running
• Full-time office-based – this role isn’t suited to hybrid/home working
• A good sense of humour and a strong drive to bill

What You’ll Get:

• Competitive base salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
• Uncapped commission structure: up to 20%
• Realistic OTE of £100k+
