Purpose of role As Campaign Manager, you will play a critical role within our Growth team, driving strategic marketing campaigns and overseeing the development of high-value content to support marketing and business development objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Account Teams, Scientific Strategy, and Creative studio, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with commercial goals and deliver measurable impact. A commercially minded approach and experience with HubSpot will be highly valuable in this role. You will need to be self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of marketing campaigns and content, ensuring execution excellence while maintaining brand alignment and optimising performance. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Campaign & Content Planning and Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with Business Development to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and revenue growth objectives.
  • Leverage HubSpot and other marketing tech to manage campaign workflows and track performance.
  • Create compelling content and messaging to support marketing initiatives across Prime's website, email, and socials, as well as third-party channels.
  • Develop thought leadership content (e.g. whitepapers, blog posts, PR advertorials) as a key part of the marketing strategy, ensuring the company is positioned as an industry leader through insights and strategic messaging.

Event Management

  • Lead the execution of both Prime hosted and industry led events and their associated campaigns including event material development, branding, and audience engagement.
  • Utilise the BD & Marketing Coordinator for the coordination of event logistics.
  • Ensure seamless communication and marketing execution before, during, and after events both internally and externally.
  • Support the Marketing Director in tracking and measuring event success, using insights to inform future strategy.

Marketing Collateral Development

  • Develop resources that educate and inspire both internal and external audiences.
  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials, presentations, and content assets that enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all marketing collateral.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Business Development, Account Teams, Scientific Strategy, and the creative studio to align marketing campaigns and content with company goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.

Performance Analysis & Commercial Impact

  • Support the Marketing Director in tracking and analysing marketing campaign and content performance to optimise ROI and lead generation.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the Marketing Director and other key stakeholders, making strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Brand Alignment & Messaging

  • Ensure all marketing campaigns and content are aligned with our brand identity, target audience messaging, and positioning.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all marketing communications.

Any other tasks or projects as reasonably requested by the company Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and content development, preferably within an agency marketing environment
  • Experience in healthcare communications would be ideal, with an understanding of fast-paced, creative, and strategic campaign execution rather than traditional medical communications.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and revenue-focused strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM / marketing automation tools) for campaign management and lead tracking.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills for crafting compelling marketing content.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Commercially minded, with an ability to align marketing initiatives with company growth objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
