Senior M&A Integration Programme Manager – Retail / Ecommerce

Seeking a highly accomplished senior post-purchase business carve out and integration Programme Manager.

This is a hands on programme leader role bringing expertise in M&A combined with strong programme delivery skills. Will lead a full set of business separation and integration workstreams (legal, commercial, tech, people, ops) with absolute precision and board-level accountability.

Require super concise accurate communications at all times and commercial astuteness. As with all integrations, time is of the essence for a high-quality full business integration in accordance with the business purchase requirements.

At this rate, we expect someone who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance and deliver flawless execution.

You must have the following to apply:

• 3+ end-to-end business integrations that you have successfully delivered as senior lead
• Expert specialist knowledge on integrations – this is absolutely not for a generic programme manager
• Proven board-level stakeholder reporting experience with exceptional communication and influencing skills
• Track record of delivering complex retail/ecommerce integrations on time, on budget, with full synergy capture
• Ability to provide strategic integration guidance and methodology to senior leadership teams

You will coordinate all workstreams (people, operations, tech, brand, customer, finance) ensuring Day 1 readiness, business continuity and synergy capture on time and on budget, with full accountability for programme success.

You will be supported by a full team of workstream SMEs and existing in house project management resource, but you must be the undisputed integration expert leading the strategic direction and tactical delivery.

Relevant numbers:

• Daily Rate: c. £800-875/day outside IR35
• Timing: Immediate start for 9-12 months
