You’ll build and enhance user-centric iOS experiences, contributing across feature delivery, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. This role suits an engineer with 3–6 years of iOS development experience who can move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver high-quality iOS features at pace using Swift and SwiftUI with a strong focus on user experience.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and teammates to clarify requirements, align on solutions, and deliver iteratively.

- Integrate and maintain data and service layers using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party services.

- Apply sound iOS architecture and design principles to keep the codebase modular, testable, and maintainable.

- Write and maintain unit and UI tests using XCTest and XCUI, contributing to a strong quality culture and supporting TDD where appropriate.

- Debug issues efficiently using Xcode tooling, including performance analysis and profiling when needed.

- Participate in code reviews, uphold clean coding standards, and contribute to shared best practices and documentation.

- Take ownership of assigned work end-to-end, managing tasks independently while keeping stakeholders informed with clear progress updates.

- Learn quickly, adapt to evolving priorities, and stay current with iOS trends, patterns, and platform changes.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)

- 3–6 years of professional iOS development experience.

- Strong Swift and SwiftUI skills, including protocols, generics, and functional programming concepts.

- Proficiency with Xcode for development, debugging, and performance analysis.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, working with JSON, and connecting third-party services.

- Experience writing unit and UI tests with XCTest and XCUI, with familiarity or experience in TDD.

- Working knowledge of iOS architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar.

- Strong foundation in software design principles including dependency injection, separation of concerns, and modularity.

- Commitment to clean, efficient, well-documented code and constructive code reviews.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical challenges independently.

- Clear, proactive communication and strong collaboration skills.

What Success Looks Like (Early Indicators)

- Ramps up quickly, understands the codebase and delivery workflow, and contributes meaningful improvements.

- Communicates clearly and consistently, asks high-signal questions, and aligns well with the team.

- Demonstrates strong technical judgment, balancing delivery speed with quality through pragmatic, well-explained tradeoffs.

Key Challenges You’ll Help Solve

- Maintaining speed of delivery while sustaining high quality, maintainability, and a great end-user experience.

- Managing a broad scope of work across features, bugs, performance, stability, and ongoing improvements in a fast-moving environment.

Values and Inclusion

International Tech Co is committed to equal opportunity, an inclusive workplace, and a culture of continuous improvement, clear communication, and a growth mindset. Applicants are evaluated based on skills, qualifications, and job-related requirements, with zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.
