I’m so excited to say that Propel is collaborating with a purpose-driven financial services business to find a Marketing Production Manager. This role is central to ensuring their marketing operations run smoothly, regulatory requirements are met, and customers receive clear, compliant communications at every stage of their journey.

The Opportunity

  • Own the end-to-end management of mandatory literature and collateral - from production to governance.
  • Lead the transition to a new print supplier and oversee the print budget.
  • Take charge of all business documents, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and accessibility across savings, investments, and mortgages.
  • Shape how documents fit into customer journeys - ensuring every touchpoint, from initial enquiry to onboarding, has the right, compliant collateral in place.
  • Drive process improvements by streamlining workflows, reducing duplication, and embedding best practice.
  • Act as the guardian for marketing collateral - ensuring everything flows smoothly across product, compliance, and marketing teams without delays or risks.

Requirements

  • Experience in document management, marketing services, or operations - ideally within financial services but at least from a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of how documents support customer journeys and the ability to optimise processes across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of governance, approvals, and compliance workflows (FCA exposure a plus).
  • Strong understanding of print production and supplier management.
  • Confident stakeholder manager who can collaborate across product, compliance, and campaign teams.
  • Process improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.

To clarify, this is not a Marketing Manager role where you will be managing campaigns. Think of this as Marketing Operations, Marketing Services, Marketing Production, where you're responsible for the processes of marketing collateral creation and the governance of this.
