What you will get in return

·       A clear development pathway within a growing engineering team

·       Exposure to a wide range of rail and infrastructure projects

·       Ongoing technical training and support

·       The opportunity to build responsibility and autonomy in a safety-critical engineering role

Working with Protech, you will get the support and encouragement you need to grow from people who share your ambition. You will find leaders who give you the space to explore new things and a team where knowledge is shared openly. We are an organisation with a clear vision, mission, and values. We are ambitious and want you to be too.
