About us
RAW Sourcing is a supplier and manufacturer of Ready-made Garments (RMG), with an in-house production capacity of 5,000 pieces per day.
In addition to our own manufacturing, we source products from a trusted network of suppliers to meet diverse client needs, enabling us to operate without capacity limitations.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, commercially viable fashion products while maintaining strong, transparent relationships with global brands.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for selling our products and services to clients across the UK and Europe, specifically within Buying and Sourcing departments.
This role is ideal for someone with prior buying experience who wants to transition into a commercial and supplier-facing position.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full fashion process—from development and sourcing to production and delivery. You’ll experience the industry from “the other side of the table,” significantly expanding your professional capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and build relationships with new customers, including fashion brand buyers, wholesalers and importers across Europe.
- Meet clients in person to understand their requirements and establish a long-term business partnership.
- Oversee new season developments, ensuring product briefs and following production timelines.
- Manage the department’s critical path, working closely with merchandising and QA teams to anticipate challenges, coordinate preventative actions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to brand visibility by creating and engaging content for social media and communications, attending trade fairs, and supporting marketing initiatives.
What Skills and Experience You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Buying/Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related creative field (preferred).
- Strong creative and commercial acumen.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in Product Development is a strong advantage.
