Role Description

We are seeking a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in our Coventry office. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, client engagement, and creating tailored recruitment strategies. You will build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring successful placements are made. The role also involves consulting with clients to understand their hiring needs, negotiating terms, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing team within the recruitment industry.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Experience in recruiting practices to identify and attract top talent.
  • Consulting and Interviewing skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet targets, demonstrate initiative, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, are beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a results-driven environment.
