IT Security Lead - IAM - Cardiff - New Role - Up to £55k (REF40)Cardiff - 1 day per week

A leading organisaton in central Cardiff requires an IT Security Lead with experience of developing Identity and Access Management roadmaps and security strategies.

Suitable candidates will have experience of the following:

• Working within a IT Security role such as a Security Engineer, IAM Engineer, or Analysis role
• Identity and Access Management platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock or Ping, coupled with some input into developing an IAM roadmap/strategy
• Security Controls and Analysis
• Working with SIEM tools
• Web Proxy and Access solutions
• Strong problem-solving, fault-finding, and root cause analysis skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex problems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Additionally, any experience of the following would be beneficial:

• Active Directory and Entra
• Microsoft Azure security and management controls
• Microsoft Windows Server management and access controls
• Experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably Financial Services
