An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead two thriving bakery and confectionery sites through their next phase of expansion. The Role:

• Lead the scale-up of artisan production across both sites, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and pace.

About You:

• Executive-level experience in production or manufacturing, ideally within bakery, confectionery, or FMCG.
• Demonstrable track record of scaling operations and leading businesses through growth phases or successful exits.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on operational leadership and strategic vision.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
