Chief Executive Officer – Bakery & Confectionery

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead two thriving bakery and confectionery sites through their next phase of expansion. We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for scaling up production, driving operational pace, and delivering sustainable growth.

The Role:

  • Lead the scale-up of artisan production across both sites, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and pace.
  • Build and inspire high-performing teams focused on delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen commercial partnerships and supply chain resilience to support ambitious growth plans.
  • Drive product innovation and market expansion with agility and strategic foresight.
  • Position the business for future investment, acquisition, or exit through robust operational and financial performance.

About You:

  • Executive-level experience in production or manufacturing, ideally within bakery, confectionery, or FMCG.
  • Demonstrable track record of scaling operations and leading businesses through growth phases or successful exits.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on operational leadership and strategic vision.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Values-led approach with a passion for quality, pace, and community impact.
