Referment is exclusively partnering with a high-growth global trading technology provider to hire an experienced New Business Sales Executive focused on sell-side clients. This firm is a serious challenger in the OMS/EMS space, offering a modern, highly scalable multi-asset SaaS trading platform trusted by institutional clients globally. With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, they are investing heavily in front-office sales talent in London. The Opportunity This is a pure new business role targeting Tier 1–3 sell-side firms across the UK and Europe. You’ll be selling a mission-critical platform that sits at the heart of the trading stack, engaging directly with Heads of Trading, CTOs, and senior stakeholders. You’ll Own The Full Sales Lifecycle

  • Strategic prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Positioning differentiated OMS/EMS capabilities vs incumbents
  • Closing high-value, long-term SaaS deals

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of electronic trading workflows, order routing, and execution
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles within capital markets
  • Background from other OMS / EMS vendors would be advantageous
  • Strong network across UK/EU sell-side institutions
  • Commercial, driven, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment
