As they enter an exciting phase of growth, we're helping them find a Sales Director with a proven ability to HUNT and WIN new business. This is not your average sales role. We're looking for a hunter, someone who thrives on building new relationships and closing deals in highly competitive markets. You’ll be joining a high-performing Go-to-Market team in London, with the freedom and responsibility to drive new logo acquisition across the UK and EMEA. What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the new business sales strategy, targeting buy-side, sell-side, issuers, and other financial institutions.
- Engage senior stakeholders with a consultative, value-led sales approach.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently close new deals.
- Be the face of the firm at events, meetings and industry functions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and solutions.
What You’ll Need
- A rock-solid track record of closing new logos in the FinTech or capital markets technology space.
- Strong relationships and credibility with C-suite decision-makers.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a relentless drive to win.
- Experience selling SaaS platforms or data-driven solutions.
- Deep understanding of how financial services firms leverage data and tech to gain a competitive edge.
