Groups Sales Executive (English & Italian Speaking)

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and creative person to form part of our team in the organisation and coordination of group travel, leisure and MICE for tourists visiting Malta. Your Main Responsibilities Will Consist Of

• Coordinating all correspondence both locally and overseas
• Handling leisure and MICE quotations for groups
• Marketing the company both locally and overseas
• Handling VIP visits (such as any familiarisation and inspection visits)
• Assisting groups with special requirements and / or complaints while on the island

The prospective candidate is expected to be computer literate and be able to correspond fluently in English and Italian, able to correspond in French would be considered an asset.
