About the Role
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a client in the construction sector as they search for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join their finance team as a GRN Data Entry Clerk. This role involves accurately recording Goods Received Notes into Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring timely and precise documentation of all incoming goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter GRN data into Microsoft Dynamics with a high level of accuracy.
- Cross-check delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
- Liaise with procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of goods received and processed.
- Support the finance team with reconciliation and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong Excel skills are essential.
