Robert Half is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a real estate management client.

Business Analyst (BA) – Operational Workflow Mapping/Redesign

Location: West London 3-4 days in office

Pay: DOE, pending IR35 determination

Duration: 6 Month initial contract

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for streamlining workflows and driving operational efficiency? Our client, a growing real estate organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to focus on workflow mapping and process redesign, supporting the COO and Senior BA during an exciting period of growth.

About the Role:

  • Workflow Mapping & Process Standardisation: Analyse current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop scalable processes across unique sites.
  • Technology Optimisation: Maximise tools like Business Central to automate systems like preventive maintenance, procurement, and customer service workflows.
  • Documentation: Create guides for key procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency across locations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the COO, Senior BA, and wider team to align workflows with strategic objectives.
  • Scalability: Help establish a framework to support operational consistency through expansion.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process redesign and standardisation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving expertise with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and scalable systems.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting businesses through startup-to-scale-up transitions is desirable.
