HR Advisor Contract: Permanent. Location: Manchester City Centre (Fully office based). Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum. Structure: Mon-Sun (5 days a week, 1 weekend shift every 3 weeks- either a Saturday or Sunday). Shift patterns available: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm. Several exciting opportunities have arisen for dedicated and experienced Employment Law Consultants/HR Advisors to join a well-known and established HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester. This role requires you to work in a team providing legally compliant solutions to clients via telephone/email in all aspects of HR and Employment Law, to support the business needs of the individual clients. Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve the standards set within the performance framework to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to provide an efficient solution-based advice, through telephone - this will be calling only advice.
  • To ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law is continually updated.
  • To actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
  • To undertake Welcome Calls with new clients and discuss with them the software, our services and products.
  • To deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
  • To log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
  • To support other Consultants coming into the business as requested.
  • To review, via call advice, client documentation and provide feedback and advise accordingly, taking into consideration their internal terms and conditions on each case.
  • To have a high level of knowledge and breadth of employment law and HR matters in order to deal with complex and end to end cases.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Employment Law
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • CIPD Lv.5 and above is desired, although CIPD Lv.3 and experience will be considered. Study support to further progress your HR career is offered upon completion of the probation period.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Structure

  • 37.5 – 42.5 hours, Monday to Sunday (1 weekend shift every 3 weeks), fully office based (5 days a week):
  • Salary ranges from how many hours you do: opportunity to pick up more hours by doing an extra half an hour a day (40 hours), or an extra hour (42.5 hours a week).
  • Shift pattern: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm.
