The Staff Psychological Wellbeing Service exists to support the emotional wellbeing of all our staff. We offer a range of individual and group support options and aim to embed a culture of positive wellbeing across the whole organisation. - Outreach, Consultation & Support: we link with managers and leaders to help build culture of wellbeing into team structures and processes. We offer consultation to teams and managers to help them to better understand team dynamics and functioning, especially where this is having an impact on staff wellbeing.
We are therefore looking to recruit a therapist with an interest in training and supporting teams. The post will suit someone who is flexible and is committed to continuous improvement. We welcome innovations and a readiness to try out new ideas as part of our commitment to quality improvement and the development of our staff.
