We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Director and staff across the APAC and EMEA regions. This is a UK-based remote* role, with occasional travel to support team events. What You Will Do:
- Provide cross-business administrative support to an international team of leaders across the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Collaborate with the department admins (both US and International) to develop an efficient team for immediate and daily tasks.
- Manage executive calendars/schedules and provide advance notice on important meetings to support appropriate preparation.
- Screen and field incoming scheduling requests and effectively manage incoming and outgoing communications in an efficient and confidential manner.
- Provide timely responses, as well as direct items to appropriate individuals for action and/or informational purposes for the program’s senior leadership.
- Formatting of presentations and materials for various reviews; Create Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents as required.
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel and processing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed meeting minutes.
- Track and follow up on approvals, documentation, and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Support the planning and execution of employee events, meetings, and engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a central point of coordination across team to enhance efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
- Build a broad and deep network of relationships across various RTX functions, organisations and sites that enable rapid problem resolution (domestic and international).
- Perform other additional administrative initiatives and projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience We Prefer:

- Anticipating and preparing for critical needs of the business and the Leadership team.
- Keen ability to improvise, improve processes and meet demanding deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between all departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
- Consistently demonstrates good judgement and prioritisation for critical meetings, personnel needs and coordination to meet all goals.
- Demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgement and assume responsibility for decisions to ensure smooth workload and operational efficiencies.
- Problem solving skills for managing complex, time critical and often time sensitive issues.
