We’re hiring two Regional Sales Managers in the lifting & safety sector, field-based, with full autonomy and strong earning potential.
Territories:South & East England:
- Greater London
- South East: Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire
- East of England: Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk
Midlands, North Wales & North West England:
- Midlands: West & East Midlands including Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham
- North West England: Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Lancashire
- Wales: North & Mid Wales

The Opportunity
We are recruiting two Regional Sales Managers to support our continued growth across the UK:
- South & East England - Greater London, South East & East of England
- Midlands, North Wales & North West - Midlands, North West England & Wales
These roles offer full ownership of your territory, with the autonomy to develop accounts, win new business and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and tender submissions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Represent the business at industry events and exhibitions
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Well organised with strong pipeline management skills
- Experience within lifting equipment, industrial, or safety sectors (desirable)
- Full UK work authorisation
- Willingness to travel (approx. 75%)
