We are excited about our thriving empire, which includes ambitious plans for global expansion including our much anticipated opening in Miami early in 2026! Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with restaurant teams to resolve financial queries
  • Prepare and reconcile weekly sales imports and post into the Sage 200 accounting system
  • Full responsibility of Treasury - Daily & Weekly cashbook posting and reconciliation including raising ad-hoc bank payments
  • Work closely with the purchase ledger team to ensure invoices are coded to the correct nominal accounts and to raise any invoice queries at month end
  • Working closely with the Management Accountant to ensure relevant controls and policies are in place and reviewed regularly
  • Produce weekly reports to be included in the weekly reporting pack for the Senior Executive Team
  • Managing specific cost lines by preparing & posting accruals, prepayments and corrections
  • Produce monthly site P&Ls and assist the Management Accountant in preparing the full group management accounts
  • Raising sales invoices and dealing with customer payments
  • Managing the sales ledger including credit control and period end processes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Part qualified ACCA/CIMA
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with formulae and SQL queries
  • Strong communication skills to communicate effectively to stakeholders at different levels of the business
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to improve processes where necessary
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
