- Experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally within electrified propulsion or similar advanced industries
- Proven expertise in PFMEA, control plans, and process validation
- Background in equipment commissioning, industrialisation, and production launch
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g. Catia, Teamcenter) and engineering documentation
- A degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
