✈️ We’re Hiring – Air Cargo Operations Coordinator (Airport Operations)

SF Express (Europe) is looking for an experienced and proactive Air Cargo Operations Coordinator to support our growing airport and cargo terminal operations in the UK.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in air cargo, warehouse operations, freight forwarding, or airport terminal operations who enjoy working in a fast-paced operational environment.

📍 Location: East Midlands Airport

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day cargo terminal and warehouse operations

• Liaise with airlines, cargo terminals, transport providers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners

• Support cargo collection, screening, shipment handling, and operational processes

• Monitor shipment movements and resolve operational issues such as delays or discrepancies

• Ensure operational documentation and system updates are completed accurately

• Maintain strong working relationships with airport operational partners and local teams

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in air cargo / freight forwarding / logistics / warehouse operations

✔ Familiarity with airport cargo terminal procedures is highly desirable

✔ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔ Flexible and adaptable in a shift-based operational environment

✔ Able to work under pressure and manage operational issues proactively

✔ Basic to intermediate English communication skills

✔ Microsoft Office skills preferred
