SummaryJoin Sofina’s Learning & Development team to deliver impactful training, champion continuous improvement, and support colleague growth from day one.The Role We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Agenct to champion continuous learning and development within our team. You will deliver engaging induction, refresher, and SOP training to ensure colleagues are confident and competent. Working across departments, you’ll help maintain and update SOPs in line with Sofina standards, while developing and managing training plans and matrices to track needs and expiry dates. You’ll keep training records accurate, organised, and audit-ready, supporting the Learning and Development Lead when needed to ensure smooth continuity of all training activities. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00, with some flexibility to meet other shifts within the factory Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training including SOPs, inductions, refreshers, and non-SOP courses like Food Safety and Health and Safety Essentials.
• Maintain accurate training records and matrices, ensuring compliance and audit readiness across supported departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, update, and standardise SOPs in line with operational needs.
• Support workforce development planning, identifying training gaps and ensuring timely updates to training plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Sofina’s values and creating a welcoming environment for new and existing colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on and approachable, with a strong presence on the factory floor to support training delivery and build rapport with colleagues.
• Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing training plans, records, and SOP documentation with accuracy and consistency.
• Confident communicator, able to deliver engaging training sessions and clearly explain technical and compliance-related content.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments including HR, Technical, Operations, Engineering and H&S.
• Proactive and adaptable, ready to step in for the L&D Lead when needed and respond to evolving training needs.
