Senior Manager – Strategic Workforce & Organisational Design

A forward-thinking organisation in the media and technology industry is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Workforce & Organisational Design to shape long-term workforce strategies and lead organisational design initiatives that drive transformation and growth. This is a high-impact role that blends data-driven insight, strategic planning, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic workforce plans, aligning future skills and capabilities with business objectives.
  • Drive organisational design and effectiveness programmes that support transformation and agility.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to embed an integrated people strategy across business units.
  • Translate workforce analytics and insights into actionable business recommendations that inform executive decision-making.
  • Benchmark and integrate best practices in workforce planning and organisational design.
  • Provide expert guidance on tools, methodologies, and workforce solutions.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
