Senior Manager – Strategic Workforce & Organisational Design

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic workforce plans, aligning future skills and capabilities with business objectives.
  • Drive organisational design and effectiveness programmes that support transformation and agility.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to embed an integrated people strategy across business units.
  • Translate workforce analytics and insights into actionable business recommendations that inform executive decision-making.
  • Benchmark and integrate best practices in workforce planning and organisational design.
  • Provide expert guidance on tools, methodologies, and workforce solutions.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
