You will continue to develop and strengthen a culture in which every young person is safe, understood and supported to take their place in the world, with trusting relationships at the heart of everything we do.
Your work will span safeguarding strategy, quality assurance and audit, oversight of complex cases, the safeguarding and PSHE curriculum, student mental health and wellbeing continuing to develop ambitious best practice across all areas. You will lead the development of our Relational Approach, including Therapeutic Education, line manage our Group Safeguarding and Relational Colleagues, and play a central role in developing high quality staff learning, while keeping the Group ahead of emerging risks, including those linked to online safety and AI.
We are looking for someone with significant experience of leading trauma-informed practice, therapeutic education strategies and a positive safeguarding culture across multiple settings, along with the ability to influence and build consensus at a senior level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group, with fantastic opportunities for professional development.
