Key Account Manager – Women’s Health- North East EnglandWhy This Role Matters

This is your chance to step into a brand-new role with a well-established business, championing a highly regarded product in one of the most dynamic and important areas of healthcare. You’ll have the freedom to shape your territory, build influential partnerships, and see the direct results of your work in improved patient care.

  • Drive real change in women’s health by expanding access to an innovative product.
  • Shape and define a role with the backing of a strong, respected brand.
  • Work closely with healthcare leaders and decision-makers to influence meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the strategic and commercial driver for your territory, combining account management expertise with the ability to influence at every level. From engaging key clinicians to implementing local service improvements, you’ll ensure our product is understood, accessible, and delivering for patients.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and optimise services.
  • Translate national policy into local action that benefits patients and providers.
  • Build trust with clinicians, commissioners, and healthcare leaders.
  • Analyse opportunities to focus activity where it will have the biggest impact.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with both the commercial acumen and the personal drive to make this role their own. If you can combine sales success with the ability to influence complex healthcare systems — and you care deeply about making a difference — you’ll thrive here.

  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with consistent target achievement.
  • Strategic planning skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Confidence engaging and influencing diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Join a business that values initiative, celebrates success, and empowers you to think big. You’ll have the resources of an established company, the excitement of a new role, and the satisfaction of knowing your work matters.

  • A collaborative culture that encourages fresh ideas and creative thinking.
  • Opportunities to make a visible and measurable impact.
  • A therapy area that’s both high-growth and genuinely meaningful.

If you’re ready for a role that blends strategic influence, commercial challenge, and genuine purpose — this is where you can make it happen.
