A fast-growing digital marketing agency is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead organic social strategy across a portfolio of consumer brands.

Working with clients across a variety of sectors, you’ll play a key role in shaping creative social campaigns that drive meaningful results.

You’ll take ownership of strategy, lead client conversations and collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing social content.

The Role

• Lead organic social strategy across multiple client accounts

• Plan and deliver content strategies across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

• Present social strategies and insights to clients

• Work closely with creative teams to produce engaging campaigns

• Identify and manage influencer and creator collaborations

• Analyse performance and deliver strategic recommendations

• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates and cultural moments

• Mentor junior team members and support the development of the social offering

What We're Looking For

• 4–5+ years experience in social media, ideally within a marketing or creative agency

• Strong experience managing multiple client accounts

• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook strategy

• Confident presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationships

• A strong creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach

• Experience with social scheduling and reporting tools

• Familiarity with short-form video tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro

• Experience working with influencers and creators

Bonus if you have experience contributing to new business pitches or paid social strategy.
