Job DescriptionFinance Reporting AnalystThis is a Hybrid role based in Belfast. If you love turning messy finance data into clear, useful insights, this one's for you. This is a reporting-focused role sitting within a Finance Systems team, where you'll own Power BI reporting across the business and become the go-to person for finance dashboards, data accuracy, and reporting improvements. The current role holder is leaving, so this is a genuinely important hire with real ownership from day one. What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and improving the full Power BI reporting suite
• Building and maintaining dashboards for finance and business stakeholders
• Pulling data from finance systems and making it easy to understand
• Rationalising existing reports (cutting noise, improving quality)
• Supporting users with reporting questions and access
• Making sure data is accurate, governed, and audit-friendly

What They're Looking For

• Strong Power BI experience (this is non-negotiable)
• A finance background or solid understanding of finance processes
• Experience working with ERP data (D365 FandO ideal, but not essential)
• Someone confident owning reporting end-to-end, not just building reports
• Able to work directly with stakeholders and push back on ad-hoc requests
