Salary:£25-30k Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Belfast. The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a sales team. They provide administrative and organisational support to the sales department. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
- Provide ongoing admin sales support for the Sales Team.
- Process sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely entry onto Company system (Sage) and liaise with Warehouse Manager
- Invoicing
- Answer Sales calls and monitor emails
- Supporting trade and export customers with order queries and documentation
- Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely fashion, to maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by your Manager
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative role.
Skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Sage (desirable)
- Export Admin Experience (desirable)
