APPLY Job DescriptionProject Manager ConstructionHigh-End / Prime residential construction experience is a non-negotiable. Ideally on one off properties. An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Project Manager deliver on Prime Residential Refurbishments in London. You'd be looking after High End Refurbishments from £1 - £12 Million High-End Refurbishments - you'd be responsible for managing the Site manager but will also be heavily site based with some office involved. It's a great opportunity to get in with a growing Main Contractor who have an incredible pipeline of secured projects going further into 2026/7. The Company The company specialises in high-end / prime residential refurbishments in London and Surrey. Typically, they'll consist of either a High-End Refurbishment, new build or a combination of the two. The company have a strong pipeline of works, are growing and there's bags of room for growth as the company secures more and more work. They're incredibly modern in their approach to construction, constantly looking for ways to improve their methods and therefore the final product. They've got happy supply chain and are financially sound. The Project Manager Role The successful Project manager will be based between the office in SW London or Surrey and look after a single High-End Residential Refurbishments. The role will be largely focused on programme, labour and scope of works, you'll have a Site manager on site supporting An admin function , you'll also have a super supportive director and a well-resourced team to help should it be required. The Project Manager - Requirements

• High end residential refurbishment experience £2Million + budgets
• Experiences in complex refurbishments with High End Finishes
• Good people management experience
• Programming experience - MS Projects
• Procore experience
• Excellent organisational skills
