Job Description We have a new opportunity for a Retrofit Co-ordinator to join a highly sought after Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham. The hiring client is a well established multi-disciplinary Consultancy working with a varied client base which includes housing, education and local authority clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of retrofit projects; working closely with design teams and ensuring project compliance to the highest technical standards. You will need to conduct site visits as appropriate as well as checking designs and assessments and liaising directly with the client and any other stakeholders. You will oversee projects from assessment to completion. Whilst a background in Building Surveying is preferred, this is by no means a requirement for the right experience and in particular with qualifications in fields such as retrofit co-ordination, risk assessment and energy efficiency.
