The Crafty Cheese Man Ltd. is a leading wholesaler of premium artisan British cheeses and related produce. We supply to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and delis across Manchester & the North West. Our customer base includes many celebrated venues across Town!

We look to bring the knowledge, expertise & personal service of the traditional cheese monger into wholesale.

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team in a telephone-based, remote capacity, although ideally based in North West.

This is not a "cold calling" role. You will focus exclusively on our existing customer base, identifying opportunities to add value through strategic upselling and cross-selling.

Your goal is to ensure our clients are getting the most out of our 3 product ranges.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Prior experience in account management, internal sales, or upselling/cross-selling.
• Communication: Exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections gracefully.
• Self-Starter: Highly disciplined and comfortable working independently from a home environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and VoIP phone systems.
• Setup: A quiet, professional home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
