AboutClinical Lead - homebasedSalary: Up to £52,500 + £4,200 car allowance Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Home-based with occasional travel Sentra Care is proud to be partnering with a leading provider of rehabilitation and case management services to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead to join their high-performing Multi-Trauma team. This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role that directly influences clinical excellence and patient outcomes nationwide. About The Clinical Lead Role As Clinical Lead, youll support and mentor a team of dedicated Rehabilitation Case Managers, helping them deliver best-in-class services for individuals recovering from minor to catastrophic injuries. Youll oversee clinical quality and ensure your team delivers compassionate, effective, and outcome-driven care. Youll report into both the Head of Operations and Clinical Delivery Manager and play a key role in embedding best practice, developing clinical talent, and driving service standards across the organisation. What Youll Do
- Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and mentoring to case managers
- Ensure high standards through audit, supervision, and quality assurance
- Support your team with complex clinical decision-making and rehabilitation planning
- Drive excellence in clinical outcomes and service delivery
- Collaborate across operational and clinical functions
What Were Looking For:
- Registered with HCPC, NMC, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in Rehabilitation Case Management
- Proven experience leading or mentoring clinical teams
- Strong understanding of UK statutory and private healthcare systems
- Confident in conducting clinical audits and interpreting results
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- UK driving licence required
