Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager specialising in weddings & events. Working solely onsite at a 3 star country hotel in the south Solihull area, your duties will include:
- Managing the entire sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting venue tours, presenting packages and securing bookings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with couples, wedding agents, and other industry professionals to generate leads and repeat business.
- Working closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of wedding services, including coordinating with vendors and managing the event timeline.
- Assisting with promotional and marketing activities, such as developing brochures, attending wedding fayres, and managing social media presence.
- Staying up-to-date on wedding industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of wedding planning processes and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using sales and event management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for weddings and providing exceptional customer service.
