You'll step into the heart of a growing operation as a Business Development Manager, driving opportunities that directly support young people into meaningful Childcare apprenticeships. What you'll be getting stuck into as a Business Development Manager : Building employer relationships across Birmingham and surrounding areas through proactive sales activity. : Matching apprentices to suitable vacancies and coordinating interview arrangements. : Managing key accounts with a single:point:of:contact approach to maintain strong relationships. : Preparing learners for interviews and employment, ensuring they're set up for success. : Overseeing compliance paperwork to ensure all documentation is completed before start dates. : Monitoring apprentice:employer relationships to ensure a strong, ongoing fit. What you'll bring to the table as a Business Development Manager : Previous experience in sales, recruitment, engagement or a similar environment. : Strong ability to build rapport and understand employer needs. : Experience coordinating processes and managing multiple stakeholders. : Confidence in meeting targets and working proactively to exceed expectations.
