Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Assist where possible with basic fabric and electrical work.
• Carry out any emergency and remedial works that come up.
• Plumbing works.
• Monitor visiting sub:contractors, issue health and safety permits where needed and escorts when required.
• Join the on:call rota to support all business needs with the team.
• Full, clean driving Licence.

Qualifications And Experience

• City and Guilds Level 1 or 2 or 3 or Equivalent apprentice experience.
• Experienced with maintenance, testing and fault finding of the following: boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting
• Domestic Gas Tickets
