Duties For The Role Of Junior Architectural Technologist Include

• Assist with residential projects from inception through to completion
• Begin to prepare and submit planning regulations and packages
• Attend site visits and carry out site surveys to ensure high quality
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages

Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
• Experienced with Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
